San Francisco Bay Area Science Fair Paperwork

Please note that the forms available on this page have nothing to do with the process of registering as a participant in SFBASF.  Registration materials are received directly from your sponsoring teacher or feeder fair in February.  The Scientific Review Committee Proposal Form is NOT an entry form.  The Scientific Review Committee Proposal Form has nothing at all to do with entry into SFBASF.  If you want to participate, you must get the registration materials from your teacher or feeder fair and register online according to the instructions you receive.
